This Privacy Policy describes how AVENORA Health and Sandra Golaszewski, DNP, APRN, CNM handle information collected through this website, avenorahealth.com. Information You Provide Voluntarily
I collect personal information only when you choose to provide it. The two ways this happens are when you send me an email at info@avenorahealth.com and when you contact me by phone or text at 361.728.1609. In those cases, you provide information such as your name, contact details, and the content of your message. I use this information to respond to you and to deliver the care or information you requested.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit this website, certain information is collected automatically by the platform hosting the site. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time spent on each page, and the website that referred you to mine. This information is used to understand site performance and improve the user experience. It is not used to identify you personally.
The Quizzes
This website includes two quizzes about perimenopause and preconception. Both quizzes are designed to be anonymous. Your quiz responses are not stored, transmitted to any backend, or linked to your identity. The quiz runs entirely in your browser. When you close the page or navigate away, your responses are gone. You can download your quiz result as a PDF if you want to keep it, but the PDF is generated on your device and is never sent to my servers.
Cookies and Tracking
This website uses minimal cookies, limited to those needed for the site to function. I do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking. The platform hosting this site (Base44) may use cookies for security and performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site functions may be affected.
How I Use Information
I use the information collected through this website for the following limited purposes. To respond to inquiries you send by email, phone, or text. To understand how the website is performing and improve it. To comply with legal obligations when required. I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
This website uses the following third-party services. Base44 hosts the website and processes basic site analytics. ClientCare is the patient portal and electronic health record system used inside my clinical practice. ClientCare has signed a Business Associate Agreement with AVENORA Health for handling protected health information. CPL (Clinical Pathology Laboratories) is my preferred lab partner. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. I have selected vendors with strong privacy practices and, where required by law, signed Business Associate Agreements.
Your Rights
You have the right to know what information I have collected about you, request that I correct or delete information about you, opt out of any future email communications, and ask questions about this Privacy Policy. Children's Privacy
This website is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to me, contact me and I will delete it.
Security
I take reasonable steps to protect the information collected through this website. The site uses HTTPS encryption. The platforms I work with maintain industry-standard security measures. No internet transmission is completely secure, but I have selected vendors and practices that meet healthcare-appropriate standards.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When I do, the new effective date will appear at the top of the page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website for a reasonable period after the change takes effect.
