Who this is for.

You are trying now

You want to be pregnant in the next few months. You want someone to look at your full picture before you start trying or while you are trying. I run the workup most providers skip and build a plan around your specific case.

You are planning ahead

Pregnancy is 6 months to 2 years away. You want to optimize before you start. Nutrition, supplements, cycle health, lab work. This is the highest-leverage time to do the work.

You have a history that needs attention

Prior pregnancy loss, multiple losses, complications, age, thyroid, PMOS, diabetes, or other medical history. Your case needs a careful workup before the next pregnancy, not after.

You want more than a prenatal vitamin

You have read the books. You want a provider who knows the research on egg quality, sperm quality, choline, vitamin D, and the nutritional foundation that matters. I build plans from that evidence.

What is included.

Full clinical and reproductive history

I take the time to map your menstrual history, prior pregnancies, family history, medical conditions, medications, and goals. A full reproductive history takes time. I make sure we have it.

Targeted preconception workup

I order the labs your case calls for. Hormones, thyroid, vitamin D, blood sugar, and other markers based on your specific picture. Not a generic panel.

Cycle and ovulation assessment

I look at your cycle pattern, ovulation tracking, and luteal phase. Most cycle problems are findable and addressable before they become fertility problems.

Nutrition and supplement review

I review what you are eating and what you are taking. I correct the gaps that matter most for egg quality, hormone production, and a healthy pregnancy.

Partner workup coordination

Fertility is a couple equation. I help you understand what testing both partners should have done and coordinate referrals when needed.

Written plan you can follow

Your plan arrives in writing after the visit. What to do now, what to do in 30 days, what to revisit at the next visit. Yours to reference at home and share with anyone else on your care team.

My approach.

The 90 days before pregnancy are the highest-leverage window in reproductive medicine.

Egg quality is built over 3 to 4 months. Sperm quality is built over 2 to 3 months. The nutritional, hormonal, and metabolic foundation that supports a healthy pregnancy is built before conception, not after. The research on this window is some of the strongest in reproductive medicine.

Insurance billing does not typically pay for this kind of proactive workup, which means the standard of care has not caught up to the evidence. As a direct-pay practice, I have the time and structure to offer it.

I do this work because it matters. I build plans from the evidence and from your specific case. You will leave the first visit with clarity, not more questions.
